We do use the USA standard NIP which does break down carbs into net carbs and then includes the fiber and total sugar (which ours have no added sugar too) content. Net carbs per serving is 1% of daily values then once you add fiber and sugar, it comes in at 6% DV per serving. We annually test out NIP and so don't set back on our laurels of an old test result. In a month I've gotten through about 15% of it but honestly I would not feel bad about buying this quarterly, the price equates to other small jars of organic/no sugar added brands, might even be cheaper depending on which.
