Perfect support for those imperfect airplane seats
I have been looking a long time for a pillow that would provide adequate neck support during flights. This one is just right. It can be inflated to varying degrees so that it can provide the support you need. While sleeping, one wants to maintain the neck in alignment. Sleeping in an awkward, unsupported position can be hazardous to your spinal health. No, you will not be able to move your head around much if this pillow is inflated properly, but if you are moving your head around, then I would assume you are awake, and then you should definitely take it off. The other great thing about it is you can deflate it and tuck it into your bag, so that you won't need to designate a whole carry-on to bring it along. Perfect. Yes, it's tricky to figure out the toggles, but hey that's the kind of thing that's good for your brain. It's called learning. I don't know about you, but I LIKE learning. I LOVE this neck support!

Comfortable, convenient pillow at a good price
This pillow is really convenient. It comes with a bag, and does not take up very much room at all. In my opinion this is a much better quality inflatable pillow than the ones they sell in airports. I like the extra ridge/side supports that inflate at the top for extra support. The cover is really comfortable and washable. One of the earlier reviews referenced it being about the size of a soda can in its bag and I agree with this. It is really convenient due to its size. I used it on a short 4 day trip, and a 3 week trip with about 7 flights during that time. I felt it got a good amount of use and held up the entire time. I personally did not have a use for the pouch/pocket on the side and I am not sure I would find it comfortable putting anything in that while I try to sleep. The one thing that could be improved with this product would be the toggles that connect together. I found them tricky to deal with some times, and often quite difficult to undo.

Valve is badly made and prone to failure.
The valve is cheaply made and prone to failure. Not comparable to other inflatable pillows in the same price bracket.I bought this product right before leaving on a long international trip. The first time I inflated to test it, it worked fine. The second time I inflated it (for the first leg of the trip) the valve failed completely and the pillow could no longer be inflated. I ended up having to buy a replacement in the airport. The valve is the same kind used on low end pool toys and has no kind of locking mechanism.I would strongly recommend against this pillow.

Super-convenient compact version of the foam one
I got the Cabeau Memory Foam Travel Pillow and Neck Pillow with Portable Bag - Black Evolution Pillow first and totally fell in love with it, but wanted something for quick trips or when space and weight were more of an issue. So I got this one and have to admit that now I use it more than the foam one. It's SO small and lightweight when it's in its pouch that there's really no reason NOT to bring it along, even when I don't think I'll need it. And while it's not quite as cushy and big as the foam version, it's close enough. It still supports my head and lets me sleep upright. In fact, the first trip I used it on was an overnight JFK>Heathrow and I was really able to sleep! I'll admit it doesn't support my chin quite as much as the foam one (unless I turn it around), but it still supports it way more than the more traditional U-shape pillows, and the side-to-side support is definitely there. No head-wobbling. Foam or inflatable, I think the ergonomics of these pillows are as good as it gets.

Cabeau inflatable is OKAY but still the best one that I have used
I own the Memory foam model and it was comfortable but bulky for a laptop case carryon for airplanes unless you latched it on outside the carryon and it dangled away. Cabeau still has issues regarding the clasp and the overall support is adequate but not great. Customer service is very good from this company. So far the inflatable is the one I use now the most because of its size and relative comfort. The valve for the inflatable bladder does not have a way to hold in the air if you let your lips away from the blow hole. If one is not quick about closing the valve cover, a lot of air can be released. The valve does collapse in its tube and remains flush with the remainder of the pillow. The bladder is covered by a velvet like material with a somewhat flimsy but adequate zipper that zips up the hole used to access the bladder and valve. The valve is offset to the extreme side of this zippered opening making it mildly difficult to access but yet still accessible with some effort. My concern is that the zipper may break. It appears that one can remove the bladder to wash the outside covering. I have not done so yet. The carrying case is good and simple with a closing clasp. Still searching for a better travel pillow but have not found one as good as this.

Small/light but not a great choice otherwise
This wasn't the pillow I thought it was when I ordered (I thought I ordered the memory foam one). The positives about this is that it rolls up REALLY small and light for a pillow and has a removable cover. But that's about it. I found it really hard to inflate, and the last thing I want to be doing on a flight is huffing and puffing and still unsuccessfully inflating my pillow. I'm not sure if it was the design or if the one I received was defective. Perhaps a combination. Because of this, it's also hard to adjust to the right level of softness/support. What it really needs is an easy inflate valve (like for example on the Travelrest, which you can easily inflate with a few puffs and deflate easily). I also felt like it was sort of awkwardly sized...in general, just did not like and returned it.

Compact when deflected, great when inflated
Very compact when not in use. Took a few more poofs to blow up that expected but very comfortable and sturdy neck support once set up.

Started Leaking
The pillow was fine for about 2 months of use. After that it started leaking air slowly that in 30 mins it'll go flat.

This is the best travel pillow
Best inflatable travel pillow BUT the locking mechanism to close the two sides around your neck is weak and pops open when pulled too tightly. Otherwise, does it's job and strains the neck considerably less than most travel pillows (ie - junk). Almost like a neck brace. Good stuff.
