She weighs 12 lbs and is approximately 14" from neck to tail. The stretch in this modal material allows her to move fairly easily, though it was a little awkward at first. It covers her incisions (due to a cystotomy surgery) completely, thus eliminating the need to wear a cone. I've had no problem with her getting out of it. I liked it so much, I bought another one. I highly recommend. They used the litter box and no residue was on it. Be sure to tighten the neck and position it so that the rear end is totally exposed.
