Does anyone know where to get replacement clamps or the rubber covers for the ends?** A: Amazon won't allow us to put our email address on anything. They want you to contact us through Amazon's communication functions which can be a little difficult at times. Basically just hover over "your account" in the top right and then click "Your Orders". Scroll down until you see the WOD Nation jump rope and click "Contact Seller". That should do it! We check our Amazon messages daily so this is probably the best way to get our attention. **Q: How long is the rope?** A: the speed cable is 122 inches long and needs to be cut with a wire cutter in order to size it properly. **Q: Is there a reason you don't ship APO? I would like to purchase this rope today but am told that it won't ship to my address.** A: We pulled some strings with Amazon and now we absolutely DO ship to any APO address!! **Q: Will this jump rope be good for grass or can i get a outside patio mat instead of concrete ?** A: Hi Kevin, It would be probably a bit difficult on grass. I would suggest buying a cheap yoga mat to lay down on the concrete. It lasted me for YEARS, and the added bonus that it came with a replacement wire made it last even longer! You do have to occasionally check the locking mechanism as sometimes it would come a bit loose. A few times the wire and handle came apart while I was using it, but thankfully I was indoors so I was able to relocate the screws, but it could have potentially been very dangerous as the wire rope went flying. The rope is very lightweight, and was a good rope to learn double unders with, although I would recommend a different rope if that’s what you’re exclusively looking to accomplish.
