Β For the price, you get a reasonable amount of paint and a nice assortment of colors in a 2x5in hard plastic case. It has a plastic sleeves that let you know what paints come in the container. This brand is considered a student grade however the quality is still really good and the paints rewet easily. This is a nice intro set for anyone that might be interested in trying Royal Talens, Van Gogh watercolors. Even if you don't buy the book ( which I didn't) this is still a nice set that includes all the primary colors with a few neutrals. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely try these even if you don't own the book. *by E***E on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on May 13, 2020* I took my paints out of the container they came in and melted them into half pans with water so i could travel with them but they give you such a generous amount of each color and its more than enough to finish the watercolor trip to Italy book. I bought 2 of these extra sets and added them with the one that came with the book and they ended up almost filling the half pan. So each dot is about a third of a half pan if you were wondering. But the quality of these paints are amazing and I really love the color selection so it would be a nice tester kit for the brand if you don’t own the book and still want to try out these paints. It includes a split primary color palette so even without the book you can get lots of use out of the paints. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good affordable quality paint. *by T***M on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on April 8, 2021* Don't let the plastic box fool you. The basic colors you get are more than enough for your practice doodles, beautiful enough for your first " masterpieces " with saturated hues, transparent watercolor values. The price quality is unbeatable for an import product paint.
