Pretty much everything you can think of that’s natural and good for your skin is in there, plus being organic. The only real issue I experienced was that it is not very moisturizing. The vitamin c content is not super high, but high enough that you will see your skin even out with everyday use, and my skin certainly has — although I did use this In combination with neem oil (which also evens out skin).
