## Description

High Resolution Analog 5MP TVI/AHD security camera provides a very clear 360 degree view of surrounding when mounted on ceiling and a 180 degree view when mounted on wall. The Camera requires a DVR capable of display 5MP or greater. This camera will not work on DVRs with maximum resolution of 1080p.

Amazon reviews don't seem to always appear under the correct product. Just to be clear I have Viewise 5Mp 2592x1844 360 degree fisheye "analog" security camera.Connected it to my Lorex 4K security DVR, after some initial picture instability as it auto detected the camera's default TVI interface protocol (Lorex defualts to CVI) it has worked very nicely, been running for two days now. Good IR performance, decent color in good light.With a wall mount I can get a nice ~180 degree panoramic image. With a ceiling mount I can use virtual PTZ software to feed N,S,E, & W "views" to my AI sub-system for "person detection". This camera can do the work of four for interior spaces with a ceiling mount.I used Python "de-warping" software from: github.com/daisukelab/fisheye_window Its tedious to figure out the appropriate parameters to make a suitable virtual PTZ views, but you only need to do it once for a given camera mounting location.Most 5 Mp fisheye cameras are far more expensive.

The image quality is not bad but it is in black & white. I bought 5 of these and all show a black & white image. I also tried to see if I could toggle color in the settings but couldn't find anything like that so I am returning the product.
