Aside from a minute variation in touch, the only real difference to the Memorex ones is that these are ever-so-slightly smaller. I keep cd's in them along with their original booklet, and the booklets are tight in them, but doable. Booklets that are thicker than a few pages, I needed to swap into the Memorex ones I have. Otherwise, no real issue. The list price for 100ct is certainly less than for Memorex's 50ct, but when you add shipping & tax these are more expensive for sure, so consider whether you really need 100. I didn't - and don't - but bought these as I couldn't find clear plastic Memorex ones anywhere in stores, even on Amazon (but of course did once my order for these arrived).
