To keep everything right ergonomically, I adjusted my seat height to keep my arms parallel to the desk when typing seated and lowered my monitor height so the top of the monitor was level with my eye line. For standing use, the desk is infinitely adjustable up to it maximum height, which takes the keyboard to about 41.5 cm above normal desk height.
