The material is thick, it's sewn together well and there is a lot of stretch. However, it's a hugger so if you have curves I suggest ordering a size or two up. I am a size 10, 5 ft , 175 and I ordered an extra large due to my wide hips and big butt and it fits perfectly. The length is great as I like dresses that come past the knee. Looks very good with a nice pair of heels and even a blazer for the workplace. This is also a great piece for a date. I would definitely recommend this dress.
