From that point upwards towards the top, the yellow backing can be separated from the front clear packaging. Its very sticky but can be separated without tearing the pouch. I found it best to hold the top next to a corner with one hand and with the other hand hold the side at the same corner. Then wiggle the package back and forth and you'll see the separation start at the corner. **Q: why does it say "works with your CORDLESS hammer drill? do they work with a chorded drill?** A: Some masonry bits do not work with hammer drills in hammer mode.
