Over the years, I've tried every method of making coffee imaginable and must say French press remains my favorite. Not all French presses are created equal, however, and when the time came to shop for a new one, I did my homework. Lux Essentials LUX ESSENTIALS French Press Set stood out from the crowd right away with its elegant design. When it arrived, it didn't disappoint. Picky as I am, I fell in love with it as soon as I opened the box (and the box itself looks great, too). It is very well made, and the extra screen and measuring spoon certainly come in very handy. I actually like to use both screens at the same time. The fit and finish are top quality, and the ball on top of the plunger fits in my hand perfectly. The operation is very smooth with no coffee grounds escaping around the edges. I think this is one of the best if not the best French press on the market. I loved my LUX ESSENTIALS French Press Set so much I bought a second one as a gift for my mother. I usually only drink it on the weekends though, and am more of a black coffee guy during the week. The way to make a perfect cup of vietnamese coffee is by having a French Press. So decided to actually get one since we always use one at her mom's house. Tried this product over the weekend and really loving the quality. Even comes with a spoon. Perfect size especially if you want something quick. To make the perfect cup of vietnamese coffee, use a french press, and add condensed milk at the end when pouring in your cup.
