After regular use I have never looked back. My skin has rarely has spots and is smooth and looks young for its age. I realised in recent years that the exfoliating massaging motion probably has stimulated collagen development, which gets slower as you age. The Buf-Puf, although relative expensive compared to some others, lasts far longer so is actually excellent value.
