WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! POCKETS NOT STITCHED ONAbsolutely mortified with the whole experience purchasing this item. Not once would it ever have occurred to me to check that the pockets were stitched onto the garment! Naturally upon arrival I tried it on and within 5 minutes my 3 month old phone was shattered leaving me with a £190 screen and back replacement bill. Never has it occurred to me that I should check that the bottoms of the pockets were actually stitched on! Phone slid straight out onto a concrete floor. I emailed the seller after my phone was repaired through amazon informing them of the situation in which I received a stock "sorry to hear that, please return within 7 days.." followed by "DO NOT use Collect+ to return the parcel to us as their parcels are going missing in the post without being delivered to us.", then informed me to use Royal mail 2nd and informed me that would cost £3.10.I had to then forward a copy of proof of postage once the item was received by the factory so they could refund £3.10. Then await a further refund of the original amount (so long as the item was returned within a "clean state WITHIN 7 days" using their chosen returns method, providing a certificate of postage, awaiting postal refund and then awaiting refund number 2 for the item once it had been inspected by the warehouse. For a start I can't even guarantee a 7 day return due to the current covid crisis, could take up to 5 days longer affording to the Royal mail website meaning I wouldn't even get a refund under the sellers terms.After paying out £190 for my phone to be fixed £3.10 refund isnt something ill be emailing back and forth for. What made me see red was the way in which I was instructed not to use use a standard method of return, pay 2nd class Royal mail (not go through amazon standard returns) and send over a certificate of postage within 7 days.Reading amazon return policy I have until the 31st of January and I'm free to use the return method of my choice.
