The Shipping per case goes down the more cases you order. I ordered 9 cases and got them on the east coast in 4 business days. Upon inspection, 4 of the 9 cases received were screw tops. I promptly contacted Reed's customer service via desertcart's interface and I received a response the next day offering me a full refund or replacement bottles. I chose the replacement bottles. It was only a couple of hours after my response that I received a fed ex shipment number for the 4 cases of bottles that would be on their way. If you receive screw tops, it is not directly the fault of Reed's. I think they drop ship them from the manufacturer of the bottles directly to the end user so Reed's can't physically inspect each case. I capped 2 cases of beer the other day and had no problems with the bottles. 3 days later and no caps have popped off and no bottles have exploded (granted we bottled a milk stout which isn't going to be that carbonated).
