I had a difficult time deciding if the cost of this set vs the cheaper 50 lb weight set that is sold for about $55 was worth it. This exceeded my expectations and is well worth the cost. First, the bar is one piece construction with non slip gripping area, so no assembly or safety issues. The clips were the standard squeeze style clips not the ones shown...a plus. I also appreciate the disc increments of 2 1/2, 5, 7 1/2 & 10 lb weights rather than the 5 and 2-10 lb set of discs the cheaper set has which gives me better training options. The bar was delivered by FED-X early am. I called the supplier who was courteous and helpful and told me the discs were shipped separately; they arrived by USPS later the same afternoon. The packaging was torn up a bit, but no damage to contents. Someone was considerate and marked the parcel "HEAVY" on all sides. I had to lug the 50 lb box almost 1/8th a mile from my mailbox to the house and for a 110 lb lady of 74 years, that was a workout in itself. I like the colors of the discs better than the boring gym-style black, just a little touch that makes my home workout a bit more pleasant. I hope someone finds this review helpful! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for my purpose *by S***O on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on April 15, 2019* The little rubber stoppers on the ends of the bar keep popping off when I take the weights on and off so I'm docking it a star for that reason. I guess I could just throw them away and stop searching for them each time they come off. Other than that these weights work just as you would think they would. They come in a fairly small box and you have to wonder how all those weights are in the box, but they are. I also love colorful things so that's a plus. The weights arrived dirty enough that I had to wash my hands because they were so dark with dirt when I was done taking them out of the package. I have to buy different clips though, these are not safe. I put the clip on and in the tight position and pulled.
