Great book. It's about people-- and showing up. It's about recognizing that the right thing to do is of long term benefit for all. Business always comes down to people, and Frank's advice and anecdotes will have you understanding how to craft better business through attentiveness and intent in those relationships. An enjoyable read.

However, after reading Frank Somma's book, I would truly assign the reading of it as "life lesson #1".  B2B is Really P2P, should be required reading for anyone pursuing a career in sales.  The book takes you through step by step practices, habits and rituals, that when applied, will create or improve an individual's success in any sales position.  The lessons to be learned from this book will help you excel in sales and LIFE.  This book doesn't just help you become better in sales.  It helps you become a better person.
