I wear a size 10 Women's US shoe, but thankfully read their note and got the 11/12 instead of the 9/10."Sizing note: our flip flops run a half size small. I didn't have any irritation, but I put them on the next day and could tell my toes were slightly irritated - I definitely recommend wearing them in. So cute and really great color. The footbed is firm but not hard, which is my preference. But do proceed with caution if you have a bunion that causes the big toe to lean into the second toe. Have been trying to break these in for a week. The left foot without a bunion is fine but the right foot is just not comfortable yet. Don't think I will ever be able to go shopping in these, but are super cute for around the house, yard and pool.Would say, after a month of trying to break these it, it is not happening. If you have a bunion, seriously think twice. Am trying to use moleskin or cotton pads wrapped around the thong so I might possibly get some use of these. My last pair are still in great shape, but a little banged up and discolored from a full year of summer pool and outdoor wear. They are great to slide on for a quick jaunt down the block to yoga class or hanging out in the backyard. It does take a few wears to adjust to the single toe prong vs. a strap at the toes. I think I have tendency to drag my feet, so I had to learn to pick them up a bit more. I get compliments on the unique style every time that I wear them. And the foot beds are like little clouds.
