## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐

Do not recommend. Poor photos not enough images per example to learn form

*by N***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 20, 2012*

The camera used must have been way to slow to capture enough images to show trajectories of the bar or form of the lifter. Most images out of focus, probably to to cheap camera and mediocre lighting. I would recommend other books by this author, just not this one.

### ⭐
