This tripod was a HUGE upgrade from my old one, and seems like a way more expensive tripod than it was. It is extremely versatile and worked in a wide range of locations. The length is great and gave me all the angles I needed. It's incredibly sturdy while still being portable. I added a high-end metal phone mount to replace the plastic one it came with, and that setup is perfect. Recommended!
