The YouTube video makes it look like it attaches to some holes on the side but they don't stay?** A: Yeah. Without a tutorial I was pretty flummoxed. It definitely DOES work though. The eight "holes" around the edge (the black plastic bit) of the lamp unit are what you're looking at. Get the end of the rod that is smaller, and push into one of the holes. It's a tight fit, but it does fit. You have to go in directly sideways (not on an angle as it will end up in the end) and when you have all 4 in place they will all be splaying out like wheel spokes. Then its just a matter of bending the rods gently to fit into the corners of the hood. **Q: Does this item support 100V-240V?** A: Only 110V **Q: Do those lights dim down for brightness adjustment? If not which lighting kit or dimmer adapters?** A: No these are non-dim fluorescent lamps. If you need to dim i would like at LED panels **Q: Can i use four 105w bulbs in that are 5500k, 110v, and e27 cfl bulbs (just like the included four 45w bulbs)?** A: I would be concerned about the power cable as it is a small gage.
