Got it for an alternate to jogging and arthritic knees. Warning: first scooter for me since childhood. Cons: no suspension; with the polyurethane wheels, I feel every little bump and sidewalk crack. I thought the headset was loose but it turns out the folding lock mechanism (pic 2) has a little bit of front/back play, only noticeable when standing still. The downtube stop (pic3), just behind the front wheel was installed backwards with the countersunk hole in the back of the rubber spacer. Believe this was intentional to prevent complaints about the lock not releasing because properly installed, the stop should have a slight backward pressure on the downtube. To release the lock, push the handlebars forward and voila! Pros: plenty of room for my size 10 feet; glides very well; well made and holding up well so far; rear brake works fine when you need it; I don't fold it so have encountered no probs with the folding mechanism; also no probs with surface changes, bumps, etc., with large wheels. While it looks like the cons outweigh the pros, they are all minor and except for the suspension, all easily fixed.
