In my testing I was only able to get a tad under 10 OZ/In or about 7 N.cm, which is a lot lower then this steppers name brand counter parts. But I guess that's what I get for buying cheap motors. RepRap has a 17HS4023 for sale for about 20 USD PER motor. I bet that one can lift its full ratting at its rated max current.
