I normally wear them at night when I "pineapple" (high ponytail) my hair at night or during the day if I want my hair out of my face. They are also perfect for an elegant look. Very very good & safe product to keep your hair protected from snags. Don't use cotton scruncii's because they dry your hair out and can snag your hair. Buy these!
