However, after writing my 1st review, tossing my old backpack, and throwing away all packing materials and receipts for this backpack, the zipper on the middle pocket broke. Is there any way you can find it in your hearts to send me another backpack (the same size and color)?

    I originally gave this a higher star value but after just 14 days this is falling apart. I need to find some heavy duty thread to sew it.  now it doesn't even look good.  plan to shop somewhere else for a new bag.
