Cute packable sun hat for Women created from 100% paper straw from Jeanne Simmons Accessories. The packable design allows for this hat to be folded/gently rolled to carry in your suitcase or bag and will provide superior UPF 50+ sun protection where ever you may be. The 2 ½ inch wide brim tapers to nothing at the back. Crown is 4 inches from brim to top of hat and there is a 1 inch wide grosgrain ribbon hat band inside. The crown is highlighted with a 1 3/8 inch wide black grosgrain ribbon that finishes with a flat double bow. A great sun hat for travel, beach, pool side, gardening, festivals, vacations or anytime at all. One size fits most up to 22 ½ inches and we’ll include FREE hat size reducing tape along with instructions for use for a custom fit. This classic stylish sun hat makes a great gift!     I don’t think I quite get the meaning of ‘packable’.  The hat came folded up but the wrinkles and creases are so ingrained that I had to soak the hat and rub them out (which worked for the most part).  It comes with two foam stick bands to make the hat fit snugly but trust me, you won’t need it.  I have a very small head and it fits quite snug. I don't think this would be very comfortable for an average size head.  I have to push the hat down to get it on. Personally I wish there were a little wiggle room.It’s an ok, average hat.  I’ve found the same quality for half the price.  I’d suggest you keep scrolling for something more cost equivalent.

    I have not been able to quite achieve the shape or style of the hat that was show on line.  I think it is made of paper.  I will keep trying.  I need a hat that will block the sunlight and this hat was advertised as one that would do it.  Will keep trying.

    The paper hat spit apart after wearing it for 3 weeks.  I tried to sew the split but it only got larger.  Will not purchase a sun hat made of paper again!
