But if it's only catching in a small area wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy a bit of sandpaper or a small saw from Wilko's? **Q: Would it be suitable for sanding floorboards?** A: It's excellent for sanding floorboards as it's orbital and doesn't leave lines as long as you keep it moving. I would suggest you use the best or bital discs that you can afford as they make a much better finish, and hook it up to a vacuum cleaner as it will create a lot of dust.
