I decided against a replacement, however, because I felt it had not been packed sufficiently well by the manufacturer to protect it during shipment and I was worried I might receive another damaged product. (Mind you, the carton that desertcart shipped the product in was in pristine condition upon arrival, so I'm surmising that the damage occurred somewhere else in its handling and travels.) Also (and this is a subjective point, I admit), I thought the frame looked cheap and tacky.
