Unplugged the power source. Twisted off the bottom cover of the Mac Mini and old memory sticks in plain view. Gently pulled them upward and replaced them with the new 2 X 2GB, twisted the bottom cover back on. Re-Plugged the power and checked about this Mac. Memory installed from 2GB to 4GB. So simple I had my 15 year old grandson install them.However, still received message that the disk was full. Researched on-line how to delete files and found that my e-mail messages were part of the problem. Over 15,000 messages (including attachments) as far back as 2009. Deleted all messages up to September 2013, checked and cleared all duplicate files (pictures) also removed Goggle Chrome browser (read on-line could cause problems). My Mac Mini is now very responsive and moving fast again like new.Recommend this upgrade. Love what it did for my Mac Mini.
