This is not bendable crap. It's strong and allows replication for gym chest workouts during the pandemic. For anyone interested in heavy chest training, I suggest purchasing resistance bands that you drape over your back to place "weight" onto your chest, back, and shoulders. I highly recommend this product over cheaper options.If you've been training in gyms as long as I have, you know all you have to do is go to the gym and proceed through your workout to achieve your results. Now with the pandemic, most people who regularly go to the gym and want to build and/or maintain muscle mass, don't have heavy weights and machinery to make working-out so easy. When I first received these handstands, I was shocked that I'm easily able to pump 100 pushups without much effort. (The result of heavy chest workouts over many years in the gym). After two weeks, I got tired of doing 700 pushups in one session with various angle with these handstands, and learned that using resistance bands can simulate heavy weight.If you want to train heavy with chest at home, this is the perfect handstand to get full lower dip and complete extension. I get a full deep chest burn using this once a week, and with resistance bands, I no longer have to do 700 pushups at a time. I can now do normal 15 rep sets of different angles. I hate push-ups, but love doing chest in the gym. I got these for handstands and calisthenics work more than just pushups so it's pretty important that these are parallel to the ground. I will say that the packaging was absolutely ridiculous - bubble wrap completely covered with several layers of packaging tape? I had a sharp knife to cut through this but even with that it took about ten minutes just to get the multiple layers of protection off of it. These are solid metal handles...in a box with airbags...how wrapped up do these need to be?
