It was so easy!!! You have to add a different type of flour to it as well, unless you want really chewy seitan. I added 50% additional plain flour as that is all I had. But I'm going to look into a higher protein flour for my next batch. You also need to add flavour and there are plenty of recipes online to follow. I'm going to try and add a little to my granary mix next time I make bread as I have struggled with the mix as is.
