It's heavy as hell and it holds up. This is a jump rope with the same thickness of a battle rope. If you are currently jumping with a speed rope this will slow you all the way down. You'll quickly find yourself doing a jump in between the jumps just to help you with the timing because it's so heavy you turn it slower.
