The teas taste almost like Aveda Tea. I think it's the licorice in it. The tea was perfectly sweet. I did not need to add any honey or Stevia. The energy boost actually worked to curb my appetite. The detox one has done nothing so far, but I am happy that it is not harsh on my intestines. I feel like I actually have more energy and clarity in my mind. I am still purchasing this tea but have noticed the last few bags I have gotten appear to be full with whole pieces but just after only 4-5 cups of tea anything underneath the top layer in the bag is mostly powder.**I was skeptical of the weight loss claims but thought I would give it a try anyway, I've been a daily tea drinker so this was very easy to fit into my routine. I have a few days left to go but am already down 5 pounds on the scale, tummy looks improved, and I haven't touched coffee since the day before starting this! I have a lot more energy than before and find myself waking up early easier than ever now. This 2 week detox plan has totally made a difference for me, I finally passed up the weight plateau I was stuck at. (Exercising and eating healthy prior to detox) I just ordered another 2 week supply to see if I can keep having great results with this! Also already recommended to two family members and they have ordered :) if you've been searching for a tea detox without the laxative effect and so-so ingredients and want results with a tasty tea look no further! Worth the price. I exercise about 3x a week light - moderately about 30min sessions at least and make healthy food choices.
