I hated PE at school. But i recognise the need to get moving as I get older and when faced with a list of possible exercises to choose from, running seems to the best of a bad bunch. I tried the C25K app and felt it was going well, but I just got sort of stuck on week 7.I read this though and felt truly inspired to keep at it.Because Nell doesn't gloss over the fact that you have to work at running, it makes you realise that if she can get better at it, so can anyone. We are able to pick up advice and learn from her experiences - a woman, a mum, a wife, a non-athlete who didn't find it easy at times, but achieved amazing results.
