I was very careful with them, so I know it was not the way that I handled them as I followed the instructions and kept them in their case when not in use. I also did not wear them swimming or the carnival either. When they arrived the lash box was NOT sealed (not sure if that is typical or not) however I wear lashes everyday and the individual lash boxes ALWAYS come sealed. When I opened the lash box one lash is clearly shorter than the other. So either these are used which means I can get a serious eye infection from someone’s bacteria OR there was a manufacturing mistake. ### ⭐ Eyeliner brush gunked up w/ hardened product - broke off inside tube after 2 uses :( *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 13, 2019* Would give this 0 stars, but the lashes actually were easy to apply and stick on. Was very excited, BUT The problem: the brush in the eyeliner tube I got was rock hard stiff, inflexible & gunked up with thick, hardened product. After only *2 uses*, the brush completely broke off inside the tube when trying to scrape of the excess product. Now it's completely unusable... Maybe I got an expired tube? Will be returning. I hope all of them aren't like this...
