So I searched "soft, cozy, warm blanket" and this one popped up. I read the reviews on all the different blankets and kept coming back to this one and so glad I did! I want one now for myself. It is sooooo soft and comfortable. I did wash it and dried it before I gave it to her. I put it on the "gentle hand wash cycle" and dryer and it turned out perfect and dries pretty quickly.
