I chose this kit because purchasing the items I wanted separately would have been more than the price of this kit. And all the other kits I looked at were either offering way more than what I needed, or missing an item or to that I needed. So, I chose this kit for the price point and what I felt I needed. Although it has more items than what I needed to start doing my own ski/snowboard waxing, it turned out to work just fine. I will grow into this kit as I get more experienced, and learn how to tune.
