My ferritin is now too high after taking these. I had iron deficiency resistant to supplements before this. I’ve taken them for months and still no digestive upset to report. Amazing product. I've tried other brands and this is the only one that fixed my longstanding iron deficiency within one bottle. They did give me digestive upset when taking one per day, so I switched to two every other day and I have no side effects whatsoever, and as a plus, iron is proven to be better absorbed this way.
