A: No warranty. However, not sure how it could possibly need one. It's a sturdy metal pot with a regular cafetiere type plunger.

A: I presume it's made in China, like almost everything else.

A: The returns process is in Amazon against your order

**Q: How much coffee should you put in to get a strong brew ,there are no instructions with the pot**
A: For a fairly strong cup of coffee we use a 25ml scoop of ground coffee. So that's 3 scoops for the 1000ml cafetiere.
