That could just be me as I’m new to pole so my grip strength isn’t good yet. Not a sticky grip which is ideal for me as someone with sensory issues. It dries out your hands and I find I can hold moves for a lot longer when I use this. Slight white residue but barely noticeable (see photo) It is a small bottle but only a drop or 2 is needed so it will last me a while. Quick drying and very thin liquid so it’s easy and quick to apply during a class. I would recommend it! :) Review: Ok product - It's not the best but ok for training. It's not sticky which I actually was looking for but it dryies your hands. It leaves white residues and needs to be reapplied frequently if you have sweaty hands. After a while it gets slippery on the pole. ## Features - Causes serious eye irritation. - Highly flammable liquid and vapour. - Improve your grip with total confidence giving you dry hands - Using our Unique Silicone Formula from PoleGrip. - Make your sweaty hands a thing of the past - Keeping your hands dry and reliable for a more effective grip for any sport, while providing a safer workout on the pole, or in the gym. - Easy to use and easy to clean - No messy powder or dust: Clear, quick-drying silicone antibacterial formula that stays on your hands, leaving no residue on your clothes or equipment. - Less is more, a liquid grip for all sports - Our small bottle packs a big punch and is perfect for Weightlifting, Rock Climbing, Gymnastics, Racket sports, Cross Fit, Pole Dancing, as a Gamer Grip, and much more. - Vegan environment friendly - An alternative to traditional gymnastic chalk-based products. It's not sticky which I actually was looking for but it dryies your hands. It leaves white residues and needs to be reapplied frequently if you have sweaty hands. After a while it gets slippery on the pole. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well good price. *by C***L on 13 July 2026* This is the first one I've used so don't have much to compare it too. However, this has been a game changer for me at my pole classes ana I was able to do moves I struggled with before. I also had my first photoshoot and with the nerves abd lights etc I think this saves me. Good price compared to others. ## Frequently Bought Together - PoleGrip | Sports Grip | Chalk alternative | Sweat free for Weightlifting, Climbing, Bodybuilding, Gymnastics, Crossfit, Pole Dancing, Gaming and more - Axletic Dry Hands Pole Spray, 100ml - Transparent Pole Dancing Spray - Goalkeeper Gloves Glue, Gripping Companion for Football, Tennis, Cricket, Yoga & Rugby - Perfect for Pole Dance, Made in Germany - Grip-iT Hand Grip Spray - Better Grip for Pole Dancing & Aerial Hoop - Supercharge Your Tennis Racket Grip - Liquid Chalk Replacement - Firm Cricket Ball Grip - Better Grip for Dart Stems 60 ml --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/178004501-pole-grip-aid-chalk-alternative-for-pole-fitness-and-aerial](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/178004501-pole-grip-aid-chalk-alternative-for-pole-fitness-and-aerial) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
