So, I've returned it. For the short time I used it, I was pleased with the overall quality of the light and I'll replace it. I've used the Gary Fong Collapsible Lightsphere for a few years and I love it. But, when shooting events with people all around you, the flash can be quite annoying to the people behind you. I bought the FlashBender for those type of situation and it was perfect, no blinding people behind me. This is LARGE, as stated. It would work well for a group shot or a room where the flash/camera is mounted on a stand or tripod, which is why I bought it.
