It was packed perfectly and the back of one of the panels was facing up, which allowed me to see the signature and date of who/when each panel was hand made and assembled. Assembly date-to-doorstep was 6 days. Instructions were nice and easy, with a template to follow for both wall and panel hardare. All hardware included.Probably the only thing that I would fix (and this is nit-picking):The wood screws that came with the panels seem a little long, I was worried that if someone fell into the panel, they might hit the pointed end embedded in the sound foam. But each panel is housed in a wood frame that is deeper than the screws, so I think we are OK.The instructions/template are straight forward. The only part where you have to reach for you DIY knowledge is:1) To remember which screw is for wood, and which is for the drywall anchors.2) I used a 7/32" drill for the drywall anchors3) a level when marking the template on the wallThe sound dampening worked great. You can tell how good it is by sticking your nose against the wall and talking. Then stick your nose against a panel and say the same thing. It's like you have ear plugs in. Works fine for our washer & dryer room.The color I ordered (Burgundy) came in a little darker than the picture because I think the picture saturation on amazon might be a little on the white side. It comes with a template that helps u make the holes on the right spot. So u are not gonna spend time using a tape to calculate the right distances between the screws U will have to put on it. You just put the same template over the wall and over the panel and use it again to the others .Panels - really good material and looking. They cleaned all the extra reverberation that I had in my room...I didn't need fill the entire room with them ..if u position them on the right spot they will do the duty very well. The system to attach them to the wall is well done easy to install.Supplies- it comes with all the screws and whatever is need to be installed in a separate box or bag. It came with the right amount of supplies it should come with.Box- they will do the best ( or at least did for me) to fit the amount u need in one box. Each one comes inside of a plastic bag. When I open it it smells good.Color- I got the natural color ..they have my room a nice look .. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Echo Killer! *by A***R on September 17, 2023* I teach in an old concrete building. My classroom has had a HORRIBLE echo since my first day in it. I have purchased these two times prior and those are holding up very well. It has taken a total of 6 in my use to deal with the issues (deafening echo) but it is literally a concrete box. Concrete walls, ceiling and floor. No carpet or “soft surfaces” to absorb the sound bouncing around. Were they cheap? NO!
