There are no docs. Tried calling the support # in Korea, but number has been disconnected.I have no idea if this phone works well or not, because I can't even make or receive a call. They were working well for about 8 months. Suddenly, all eight of them started disconnecting at 12:44PM (EST) every day. Not 12:43, Not 12:45. We have run ping tests and SIP traces. They remain connected to the network (1sec ping never fails), they just stop SIP communication at 12:44. They will not reconnect until rebooted. All other phones remain connected - including other brands of WiFi phones on the same network. There is no tech support available and documentation is poor. The sad part is that they produce fairly good quality calls and roam between our 50+ APs very well.
