The others have too many peppers! Not returnable so will give them for Christmas gifts. I tried it and oh my goodness, it was delicious. Needless to say in 3 months I used it all up. Every flavor and they are all great! I started searching grocery stores in my area and out with no luck. After that, I couldn't find it anywhere. I discovered it on Amazon.com. I have just received my 3rd order (I order 4 at a time in bulk).While the bottle is listed as "Bread Dipping Seasonings" I have never used them for that. I have lost 47 pounds in the last 18 months and part of my success was making a tasty salad. After preparing my salad ingredients I sprinkle one of these spice mixes on my salad, then add Balsamic Vinegar and Olive oil and toss. There are four different spice mixes which makes for a great variety. It's a delicious addition to a salad. I've had company over, made a huge salad, added this spice mix, toss, balsamic, olive oil, delicious.
