Price, shipping and delivery made this an easy purchase decision.  Sears is not the manufacturer of Craftsman snow blowers so do not think you must purchase replacement parts from them.  Do your homework, get the OE part number and you too will save time and money.  This is the same cable and works just as well.  This may be available from other Amazon vendors, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chicago Lawn Mower & Snow Blower if you need this or any other similar parts.  Seldom do I award (5) five stars, this gets it because Chicago Lawn Mower & Snow Blower came through with prompt and cost effective delivery.  Beyond that I live in Central Wisconsin where we have all come to appreciate <read use> our snow blowers even more this 2013-2014 winter.

Fits my Sears Snow Blower Perfectly.  After 8 years of clearing 3 driveways every snow fall my cable broke at the spring.  Checked my local sears and they wanted way to much and would have to order it.  I checked Amazon and there it was.  Shipping was fast and this was easy to install.
