I own one of these with lid and really like it. Took it to a group dinner and it was noticed by a couple people who preferred it to te ones they had with plastic lid. So, I bought one as a gift for one of them. Such good quality. It easily holds an iced boxed cake mix. Very rust resistant and easy to clean and use. Even cooking works well for baking. Doughmakers baking pans are hard to beat and not easy to find these days. I love using this 9 inch square pan that is perfect for baking brownies or a pan of homemade biscuits. For best results, line with parchment paper or grease the pan to avoid sticking. Also, take the time to hand wash these rather than putting in the dishwasher which dulls and darkens the finish.
