I am so starved for information in this area that I am devouring it. I don't know why the low stars, but then that is for them to know and me to ignore. I have not been formally diagnosed with Histamine Intolerance, but I gave up 10 vials of blood just yesterday, and hopefully the blood work will tell the story. I do have all of the symptons. It can masquerade as so many things. I had one doctor enter the room with a smile on his face and tell me my blood work came back perfect, and I was in fine shape. My husband and I just looked at each other for a minute, and then my husband ask him," then why does she feel like shi$?" He literally looked up at the ceiling and walked out of the room. My attemp to get glasses over 7 years ago ended with the doctor running all of the tests and telling me that he wasn't sure why, but he couldn't give me a prescription - that something else was going on. I have now seen 7 of the best Opthmalogists in this town who have all told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my eyes. In fact they say my are in quite good shape for my age. The problem is - I just can't focus, and I have brain fog all of the time. An MRI ruled out any problem with my head. The last opthamologist, who by the way was one that specialized in Neurology, was very kind and told me that he would get to the bottom of this problem. I thanked him and since I was already suspecting what my problem was, thought, "no, you won't - unless you understand histamine intolerance."
