## Description

The Economy 70-F Safety Glasses only come in smoke Gray with wire mesh side shields. This economy frame has a comfortable fit and has been used in the safety glass industry for many years. Clear Glass - Clear glass has been used since the dawn of the safety industry. Its optical quality is higher than that of any other material used through out the optical industry. Unlike plastic lenses, Clear Glass is naturally scratch resistant and has the least amount of distortion than any other lens material.

Review: Best safety Glasses available - I had been given a pair of these glasses in the 70' and they lasted 25 years. The sad thing is they are not availble anywhere and I have been trying to replace these glasses for at least the last 20 years. They are clear, do not fog and best of all scratch resistant and very comfortable for long term use, little or no distorsion. They might not be sexy but I would rather have a pair that is clear and comfortable especially if you are wearing them for long periods. The nice thing is they come with a nice case with a snap clip - I love these so much I will be ordering two more pairs just because they were so hard to find. Thanks desertcart for bringing the best of the best Disclaimer: I do not work for this company , in fact the original pair I had came from the Navy and were made under the American Optical name. Companies do not like these because they are expensive compared to the cheapo's that cost a buck to supply their employees. If you are a wood worker or a machinist these are the best and you want have these , I also had a pair brasing glasses that were made by the same people which was just as great.

The solution to this is to put about an inch of heat shrink on each side where it contacts the back of your ear.

I had been given a pair of these glasses in the 70' and they lasted 25 years. The sad thing is they are not availble anywhere and I have been trying to replace these glasses for at least the last 20 years. They are clear, do not fog and best of all scratch resistant and very comfortable for long term use, little or no distorsion. They might not be sexy but I would rather have a pair that is clear and comfortable especially if you are wearing them for long periods. The nice thing is they come with a nice case with a snap clip - I love these so much I will be ordering two more pairs just because they were so hard to find. First off the lenses are real glass. That attracted me to this product. However it is low quality glass that gives you a headache within 10-15 minutes of use
