It took about an hour to realize this product not very good. returned it. **Q: how to send digital picture to computer** A: When you have scanned your images to the internal memory or an SD card: Get back to the main menu (You may need to power down then back on). Use the RIGHT button (4 times) to USB UPLOAD. Press OK. In your computer (I'm using Windows 11): If a window has not automatically opened when the scanner was turned on, showing a new USB drive, go to your browser & look for the new drive. Your scanned images will be in a sub-folder within that drive, depending on whether they are in the internal memory or a SD card. Of course, if you DO use an SD card, you could simply move the card from the scanner to your computer and access the images from there. Should be straightforward when you've done it a couple of times. **Q: Will this product handle slides with an outside dimension of 2.75" X 2.75"? If not, is there another product that will?
