The pads are soft, comfortable against the skin, and do a great job reducing irritation from wearing a CPAP mask. The thickness of the pads also helps create a strong seal around the mask, which can be beneficial for preventing leaks. In terms of performance, the pads were very effective. In fact, they may have been a little too effective for my needs. The improved seal seemed to increase the pressure and tightness of the mask, and over time, I found it uncomfortable. Eventually, the pressure buildup became too much for me, and I felt the need to remove the mask during the night. I can see these pads being a great solution for CPAP users who struggle with leaks or skin irritation.
